These terms apply to all use of MyComic-Book.com and all contracts concluded through the platform.
By using the platform, the user accepts these terms in full.

The platform enables the automated creation of personalized comics using AI.
The user confirms that all uploaded materials are lawful and do not violate third-party rights.
The provider is not obligated to review user content.
The user fully indemnifies the provider from third-party claims.
Private, non-transferable license only.
Printing, production and shipping are carried out by an external print provider. The provider assumes no liability for print quality, colour variations, material defects, production delays, delivery delays, transport damage or any other services performed by the print partner. Claims must be handled exclusively according to the print provider’s policies. Refunds or replacement services by the platform operator are excluded.
The provider gives no guarantee for continuous availability of the platform, AI services or external partners. Temporary outages or delays do not entitle the user to any claims.
The user has no entitlement to permanent storage or future access to the generated files.
Processed according to Swiss law and GDPR where applicable.
